The clients sought our design expertise to rebuild and renovate their home after a small fire. Their existing structure, mechanical system, and plumbing systems were compromised. The clients recently lived in a home that was not fit for five people. It was uncomfortable to relax, invite guests, and live. We restored the house as well as expanded both the first and second floor to approximately 2800sq ft of livable space.Complete Loss of Existing Home
The clients were subjected to a horrific fire that destroyed their home. A family of three, they were in need to rebuild and start anew. Therefore, it was in their and our best interest to rebuild from scratch. Accommodating their specific needs, we extended their home from 1800sf ft to 2530sf ft of livable space. Architecturally and visually sound, we provided a home that the family can enjoy and live comfortably.A Flower Shop
A fire to a commmerical property can be devastating to a business. We provided the roof structure for the destroyed portion of the building. During the construction process, the client renovated ninety percent of the property and we produced the construction documents necessary to complete the project while the construction continued.
